In 2005, Royal Caribbean Cruise lines began construction of a large and very high tech call center for booking reservations for cruises on their fleet of ships. This facility was built in Springfield, Oregon. Trim Example They desired a very unique look for the exterior of this building. One that would offer an appearance that would be reminiscent of a cruise ship. They also wanted to use materials that would be high quality, long-lasting, and essentially maintenance free. Their choice for this very unique project, was Permalife, Inc. for the custom fabrications, and Fypon PVC for the material. PVC Parts Ready for Shipment Permalife, Inc. produced the parts for this project at our PVC fabrication facility in Kentwood, Michigan. Several truckloads of product traveled 2500 miles to the jobsite in Oregon. Permalife, Inc. was uniquely qualified to handle this very specialized project because of our years of experience and state of the art equipment. Processes utilized included heat bending 20 foot long PVC boards, extensive CNC routing, solvent epoxy welding, and utilizing many specialized fixtures. Royal Caribbean Cruise Line Mast
