The following guidelines will help you when using this

catalog and choosing Stone & Timber products for

your project:

• Dimensions shown are actual sizes.

• All shutters are sold in pairs, except for the

board panels for shutter fabrication, which

are sold individually.

• All Stone & Timber products are factory-primed

with an oatmeal primer (unless otherwise noted)

and are ready to be stained or painted.

Cutting & Milling

Fypon

®

polyurethane products can be cut and trimmed

with standard woodworking tools. Table saws, circular

saws, jig saws, band saws and miter saws will give you

excellent results during the installation process.

Note: Trimming textured product will remove the

texture and create an exposed polyurethane edge.

This edge must be patched with standard wood

filler and finished with paint or stained to protect the

exposed polyurethane from discoloration from the sun.

For our complete product offering, please refer to our

polyurethane full line catalog or visit

Stone & Timber Textures

All Stone & Timber products feature a realistic

woodgrain or stone texture on all surfaces visible

when installed. Because many of these products have

been moulded from real wood or concrete elements,

the depth and pattern of the texture may vary slightly

from category to category.

Most of the timber products have a texture that resembles

sand-blasted cedar. Some products are exceptions, and

close-ups of their textures are shown below.**
