Permalife Inc. ceiling medallions and
niches are now distributed through
our wholly owned subsidiary called
Arctel. Permalife purchased Arctel
in 2003. This purchase gave us a
national network of sales profes-
sionals to aid in marketing these
products to Lighting showrooms. It
also added to our production capacity
with a 60,000 square foot production facility
in Maynardville, Tennessee. We now have the
abilities to produce top quality decorative mirrors
in addition to our ceiling medallions and niches lines.

we have the talent to produce beautiful products with amazing finishes. These products
