Permalife Inc. warrants its products against
defects in workmanship for a period of five
years from the date of original purchase. If
any defects become apparent within the
specified warranty period, and upon written
notice by the purchaser, Permalife Inc. will,
at our discretion, either repair or replace the
defective item, or we may elect to issue a
refund to the dealer who sold the product at
the price he originally paid for same. The
dealer would then forward a refund to end
purchaser. All remedies will be F.O.B. at our
place of business, and returns must conform
to the instructions we will provide at the time
of notification of defect. Repair or replace-
ment of the product shall constitute a fulfill-
ment of all liabilities of Permalife Inc. with
respect to its products.
The foregoing warranty is the only war-
ranty provided by Permalife Inc. and is in
lieu of all other warranties, whether writ-
ten, oral, or implied(including any war-
ranty of merchantibility or fitness for
pupose).
Return Policy
Permalife Inc. will consider returns of items on a
case by case basis. NO returns will be accepted
wthout prior approval by a qualified representa-
tive of Permalife Inc.
Absolutely No returns
after 30 days from
original ship date from our plant.
All returns must be accompanied by a “RGA”
return goods authorization provided by
Permalife Inc.

returns will be subject to a

The highly skilled craftsmen at Permalife
Inc. have been creating fine, highly detailed
architectural elements for dozens of years. We
are proud to offer a combination of old world
craftsmanship and space-age materials, which
result in some of the most beautiful, cost-effec-
tive, and long lasting products available to
building profesionals today.
Our products can be sawed, drilled,
nailed, screwed and glued. You should treat our
products just like you were installing fine wood-
work, but forget the bad elements, like splinter-
ing, rotting, or paint peeling. When installing,
always use
Permalife Premium Adhesive
liberally at all joints and contact points with the
substrate. Any nail or sctew holes can be filled
with wood putty or spackle.
The factory coating applied to all
Permalife Inc. products is an interior/exterior
UV stable coating. It can be left as is or it can
be painted over using a good quality latex or oil
based paint.

Custom Order Policy
Please be sure of all dimensions, details, and
quantities before ordering. Many of our
custom products go through many phases and
departments on their way to completion.
Some areas are usually more backed up than
others. Although it may be scheduled for
completion in a matter of days or weeks,
most products are started on their journey to
you on the day they are ordered. Therefore,
it may be too late, or at least difficult, to
make changes on orders after they enter the
factory. We will hold your order for 48 hours
if you request. If not requested, we will
assume that your order is correct as given to
us, and we will proceed. Once custom orders
enter the factory system, they are FI-
NAL. No cancellations, no changes, no
returns.
