Use panel moulding to create the elegant look of
wainscoting without the price. Here is what you
can do:
1. Use a chair rail as the top moulding.
2. Use any moulding you desire (we suggest a
simpler one) to make the panels.
3. Use a baseboard for the bottom moulding.
4. Paint the wall white in-between all of the
moulding.
